Buy without risk: The NORRES return policy
NORRES offers a customer-friendly return policy for unused parts in their original packaging. If requested to return within 30 days, NORRES offers a 90% refund of the hose value. An item can be returned in its original packaging for 50% of the cost up to 6 month after purchase. The only additional cost to the customer for a returned item, is the return freight to NORRES. This creates a low risk partnership between NORRES and its customers. Just another service innovation by NORRES.
