Since 1st August the NORRES Team has increased: at the start of the new year of training in 2017 we welcomed new trainees to our headquarters in Gelsenkirchen.
Numerous employees are now working successfully at NORRES since their training – this will continue. Employee training and continuing professional development are a top priority at NORRES. Due to the last successful training sessions as well as the possibility of an employment offer for specific career entries after their training, NORRES decided to continue training this year also.
NORRES has trained since August 2017 two industrial business management assistants, two warehouse logistics and one it application specialist.
These young people were welcomed by our Managing Director and were invited to a tour of the entire plant, including the Sales department, the production plant and the warehouse, to give them a brief initial impression of their future employer.
It gives us great pleasure to train motivated young people who can potentially grow with the company and we welcome them and wish them the very best for a new start in their career.
