Hoses for suction and disposal vehicles


In this section, we would like to assist you with the selection of the appropriate suction hose for disposal and suction vehicles. In the following, we have compiled an initial selection of the most suitable hoses from our range of hoses for use in suction tankers and suction excavators. The products listed here are suitable for sewer and sewage cleaning, flat roof chippings, furnace cleaning and other bulk suction applications. Applications and properties

When used in disposal or suction vehicles, the hoses are often subjected to high demands because dirt, stones, soil or similar abrasive solids, as well as liquids, passing through the hose. Suction and disposal vehicle hoses must be extremely abrasion resistant as well as resistant to microbes and hydrolysis.
The hose types AIRDUC® PUR 356 AS / PUR 355 VAC-TRUCK REINFORCED / PUR 355 VAC-TRUCK ORANGE are especially suitable for use on suction excavators.
For sewer cleaning the hose AIRDUC® PUR 356 AS as well as the hoses NORPLAST® PVC 379 GREEN SUPERELASTIC / PVC 389 SUPERELASTIC / PVC 389 SUPERELASTIC PLUS can be used.
For roof gravelling and power plant cleaning we recommend the AIRDUC® PUR 355 VAC-TRUCK REINFORCED, the NORPLAST® PUR 387 or one of the hoses already mentioned.

Which hoses are suitable for extremely abrasive bulk materials?

Within this category, all hoses have very high abrasion resistance and are therefore suitable for the transport of extremely abrasive bulk materials, granules and stones.

Which hose can I use as a riser hose?

Due to its properties, the NORPLAST® PUR 387 is suitable for use as a riser hose.

What hose can I use as a head hose?

The hoses AIRDUC® PUR 355 VAC-TRUCK REINFORCED and AIRDUC® PUR 356 are suitable for this purpose.

All antistatic hoses which are presented in this section have the following properties:
• Permanently antistatic wall: electrical and surface resistance < 109 ohm
• Certified according to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34/EU
